Turkey Doodles

   Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

   In a mixing bowl combine the vanilla, cake mix, oil and eggs, stir until well mixed; add in the cinnamon chips and turkey, stir until well combined.

   In a small dish combine the sugar and cinnamon, stir well and set aside.

   Roll dough into 1 inch balls then cover in the cinnamon sugar mixture, place onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet.

   Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.

   Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 1-2 minutes then transfer to wax paper or brown paper bag to cool and set.
