2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1/3 c. hot water
2 tsp. chicken bouillon
1/4 c. Coffee Rich or whipped cream
2 Tbsp. sherry
1/8 Tbsp. nutmeg
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 lb. sliced turkey
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Blend the first seven ingredients into a sauce.

Cook 4 minutes in microwave at 70% power, stirring 2 or 3 times.

Cook broccoli, place on ovenproof platter.

Pour 1/2 of the sauce over broccoli.

Arrange turkey over broccoli, add Parmesan cheese to the remainder of the sauce, pour it over the turkey and sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese.

Broil in oven until sauce bubbles and is lightly browned (or microwave at 70% power for 6 to 7 minutes).
