4 tbsp butter
2 tbsp chopped onion
1/4 all purpose flour
1 1/2 cup WHOLE milk
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 can diced tomato drain
1 salt and pepper to taste

Tenderize the turkey by beating with a heavy utensil
