Turkey Bacon, Goat Cheese, And Strawberry Jam Sandwitches

   Take a french baguette cut it lengthwise, the coat each side with butter and place it down in a pan pressing it down until both sides are lightly toasted. Then take your turkey bacon and cut it into very small pieces approximately 1cm squared for each piece and then fry all them in a pan until they are crispy. Then take the toasted french baguette and spread goat cheese on the inside part, and then spread some strawberry jam on only one piece of the bread, then on the same piece with the jam lay handfulls of the fried turkey bacon on the baguette and place a couple spoons of strawberry jam on top of the bacon and the n top off the sandwich with the second piece of baguette then lay that on a pan and just slightly heat it up to warm up the sandwich.
