1/2 cup Bacon (cooked , cut into 1/2 inch pieces)
1 pound Ground Turkey
1 teaspoon Garlic (minced)
1 cup Red Onion (chopped fine)
1/2 cup Carrots (diced)
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1 Bell Pepper (diced)
1/4 cup White Wine
3 cups Chicken Stock
1 cup White Rice (cooked)

1. In a large pot over medium heat brown bacon until crispy and fat is rendered. Transfer bacon to a paper towel-lined plate. Drain all but 1 tablespoon bacon fat.
