In a pot fry chopped onion and garlic.

Add tomato sauce and can of diced tomato, add salt.

Simmer on low heat for about 30-45 minutes untill sauce thickens, stirring occasionally.

Add tuna to sauce, make sure to break tuna in small pieces, cook for 10 more minutes.

Place pasta in boiling pot of water, cook for 10 minutes so pasta is slightly softened and not cooked throughout.

In large oven proof casserole dish, place pasta and mix through the tuna sauce thoroughly.Cover dish with foil and bake in 350F oven for 20 minutes.

Take foil off dish sprinkle with tasty cheese and bake further 5-10 minutes till cheese is melted and golden in colour.

Let it rest out of oven for 10 minutes before serving so pasta dish sets.
