2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
1 (11 ounce) can baby peas
1 (6 ounce) can tuna
1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
0.5 (8 ounce) package egg noodles, cooked
½ cup butter or ½ cup margarine
36 Ritz crackers, crushed (1 sleeve)
salt and pepper

Saute mushrooms in butter, set aside.

Cook noodles and drain.

Mix together noodles, tuna, soup, sour cream and mushrooms in a large bowl.

Fold in peas so they don't get smushed.

Place mixture in a casserole.

Melt stick of butter and mix with Ritz cracker crumbs.

Top casserole with cracker mixture.

Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes, until crumbs are toasty looking and casserole is bubbly.
