Tuna Casserole

   Slowly cook onion, celery and green pepper in butter until tender, but not brown.

   Add soup, milk and tuna; mix well.

   Cook noodles according to directions on package and drain.

   Alternate layers of noodles and soup mixture in greased casserole dish. Bake at 350u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.

   Sprinkle with potato chips and return to oven to brown chips.

   Yields 6 to 8 servings.
