Tuna and White Sauce with Spinach Pasta

   Mix together the milk, , cheese, and salt.

   Stir-fry the tuna and onion in a frying pan.

   If you don't drain the tuna, you don't have to add any oil to the pan because the tuna oil is enough.

   Add the mixture from Step 1 and the yellow bell pepper to the frying pan and bring to a boil.
