1
This is my husbands creation.
-
2
I call it Yucky, because that is everyones first reaction when they hear the ingredients, but he has an amazing way of blending unusual flavors and making it work!
-
3
Mix the Tuna, Mayo, Mustard, Sweet Relish, Cashews and Craisins together.
-
4
Toast the Cinnamon Raisin Bagel.
-
5
DO NOT use any other flavor bagel... it just wont taste right...believe me Ive tried it!
-
6
Note: These are meant as an open face sandwich.
-
7
I usually then cut the open-face sandwich in half.
-
8
It is easier for my kids to eat that way and they are really filling.
-
9
Once the bagel is toasted, place a slice of Swiss cheese, lettuce and top with the Tuna mixture....let it sit for about one minute to let the cheese melt just a little and then Dig In!
-
10
I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as my family does.
-
11
My kids usually cant wait for the bagel part and dig in with their forks eating the tuna right out of the bowl!
-
12
Weve also made this as an appetizer for parties.

I just put it in a pretty bowl and serve with crackers and small squares of Swiss cheese, skipping the bagel and lettuce.
