Stir together flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg and allspice.

With rubber spatula, gradually stir (fold) in oil.

Add flour mixture, carrots, pineapple and coconut.

Divide among three greased and floured 9-inch layer pans or 15 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

Bake in preheated 350u00b0 oven for 40 minutes for layers, 55 to 60 minutes for sheet cake or until pick inserted in center comes out clean.

For layers, cool longer than usual to prevent sticking and tearing when removing.
