Trish'S Banana Cream Pie

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees For the filling: In a medium saucepan mix milk and cream over medium-low heat. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Once dissolved add the 2 egg yolks and blend completely. Make sure the mixture isn't too hot or the egg pieces will cook. Then sift in the cornstarch and mix completely. Turn up the heat to medium and let boil for 2 min. Then stir constantly until thick,about 3 min. Do not leave the mixture because may burn. Take off heat and put in a bowl to cool. Cool for 30 min, then add vanilla. For the crust: Break graham crackers and put in food processor along with sugar. Once combined slowly add butter. Put mixture in 9 inch pie dish and press crust until spread evenly. Put in Preheated oven for about 12-15 min until slightly brown. Cool. Cut 3 bananas and spread along the bottom of crust and layer.Pour the cream on top and put in fridge for 4 hours or overnight
