In a bowl over pot of simmering water melt together bittersweet, unsweetened chocolate and butter. Mix well, set aside.

In a bowl of an electric mixer with a whisk attachment mix together both sugars.

Add melted chocolate and butter mixture into sugars and whisk well.

Add to mixture eggs one at a time to incorporate.
