1 stick butter, room temperature
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup dark chocolate cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
