Ingredients: 1 cup butter; 3/4 cup granulated sugar; 3/4 cup packed brown sugar; 1 tsp baking soda; 2 eggs; 1 tsp vanilla; 3 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted & cooled; 2 cup all-purpose flour; 1 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate pieces; 1 cup white baking pieces; 1 cup walnuts or pecans

1 cup butter

1 tsp vanilla
3 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted & cooled
2 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate pieces
1 cup white baking pieces
1 cup walnuts or pecans

Preheat oven 375.

Lightly grease cookie sheets; set aside, large mixing bowl beat butter, granulated & brown sugar, baking soda, then add eggs, vanilla, stir in melted chocolate.

use wooden spoon stir in flour, white & chocolate pieces; add nuts if desired

1/4 cup dry measure or scoop, drop mounds of dough about 4 inches apart on the prepared cookie sheets

Bake for 12-14 mins or until edges are firm.

Cool on cookie sheets for 1 min.

Transfer cookies to a wire rack & let cool.
