Preheat oven to 350 F.

Heat butter, dark chocolate and heavy cream in a small saucepan. Stir until fully melted and take off the heat. Allow to cool.

In a small bowl combine brown sugar, salt, vanilla and egg. Add the cooled chocolate. Fold in the flour in two parts. Stir in chocolate chips.

Pour half of the batter into a small greased pan (61/2 inches in diameter) or 2 small ramekins. Add Nutella into the center of the batter and cover with the remaining batter.

Place in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes or until center is cooked through. I like to stick a knife in the brownie to see if it comes out clean.

Serve immediately and top with ice cream and mint for garnish if desired. Enjoy!
