Pour warm water in a bowl dissolve sugar in water Dissolve yeast over sugar & water & allow to develop for ten mins 2)Stir yest mixture with a fork and add melted shortening 3) Gradually stir in flour and salt 4) Knead for 8-10mins adding flour if necessary to make a medium stiff dough 5)Grease bowl with oil and top of dough and cover and allow to rest for an hour 6)Punch down dough, form in balls and place on greased trays 7) Cover with a damp cloth and allow to raise until doubled (1- 1 1/2 hrs) 8)Bake in a 400FA oven for aprox 15mins (9) When finished from oven add a little butter over them as it keeps the buns soft and prevent it from getting hardEat and enjoy
