Traditional Cornbread Stuffing Recipe

   Remove sausage from casing and chop into small pcs.

   Brown sausage, remove from pan and drain.

   Retain drippings to fry onions and celery.

   (Saute/fry lightly, don't brown.)

   In a separate pan mix stuffing mix according to recipe on the bag.

   Then proceed to add in butter, garlic pwdr, poultry seasoning, pecans and egg; mix thoroughly.

   Then add in sausage and sauteed onions and celery.

   This recipe really gives the turkey a nice flavor.
