1/3 c. melted butter
3 (8 ounce.) Packages cream cheese
1 1/3 c. (14 ounce. can) sweetened condensed lowfat milk
4 Large eggs
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. grated lemon rind
1 (8 ounce.) carton lowfat sour cream
Fruit topping or possibly fruit pie filling (optional)

Combine cracker crumbs and sugar; stir in butter.
