2 cans refried beans
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 c. vegetable oil
1 head lettuce
1 large tomato
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
sour cream (optional)
salsa (optional)

Heat oil in small skillet.

Fry corn tortillas, one at a time, in oil until crisp and hard.

Brown ground beef.

Add spices and stir.

Drain meat.
