1 tbsp. yellow cornmeal
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. yellow cornmeal
1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 c. lowfat milk
1/4 c. veg. oil
1 sm. onion, minced
3/4 pound grnd beef
16 ounce. refried beans
1 c. salsa
8 ounce. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded lettuce
1 tomato, minced
Lowfat sour cream, optional

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Lightly grease 12 inch pizza pan.

Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp.

Combine flour, 2 Tbsp.

Add in lowfat milk and oil; stir till dough clings and forms a ball.

Turn onto lightly floured surface, knead 5 times.

Roll dough into a 12 inch circle.

Place on pan, bake 4-5 min.

Remove from oven and set aside.

Brown grnd beef with onion, drain well.

Spoon refried beans on crust, spoon grnd beef and onion over beans.

Spoon salsa on top.
