["In large saucepan, heat the 1 tablespoon oil. Add onion and garlic. Saute. Add chiles, chicken broth, tomatoes and seasonings. Simmer 45 minutes to hour. Add chicken and cook 10 or 15 minutes. Garnish with cheese and avocado. Serve over Doritos. This doubles and freezes well."]
