Tortellini With Zucchini In Parmesan Sauce

   1. Chop nuts, and slice zucchini and green onions

   2. Boil tortellini until tender and drain

   3. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in large skillet and add nuts. Cook until lightly toasted, 2 or 3 minutes, and remove with a slotted spoon. Add zucchini and green onion and cook until slightly tender, but firm.

   4. Add pasta,nuts, *cooked chicken if desired, milk and 3/4 cup of Parmesan cheese to pan. Toss and cook for one minute, being careful that Parmesan cheese does not clump.

   Season with salt and black pepper.

   Transfer to serving bowls and top with remaining Parmesan cheese.
