Tortellini, Spinach & Turkey Sausage Soup

   In a large saucepan, cook sausage, onion and garlic over medium heat until sausage is browned and onions are tender, breaking up sausage with a spoon. Drain fat.

   Stir in tomatoes, broth, Italian seasoning a pinch of salt and a good grind of pepper. Bring to a boil.

   Add tortellini and cook for about 5 minutes, until pasta is tender.

   Add spinach, stir to combine.

   Serve with pecorino romano and additional pepper to taste.
