Servings: persons

1 lb. Italian sausage
1 c. diced onion
2 small sliced zucchini
1 lb. can Italian tomatoes
3 beef bouillon cubes
1 1/2 c. hot water
oregano, thyme, fennel seed, salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. fresh tortellini
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 clove chopped garlic
1 c. sliced carrots

Slice sausage and brown in oil.

Add onion, carrots and spices.

Cook 5 minutes.
