Tomatoes And Celery On Toasted Bread

   Place the crostini or toasted bread slices on a serving platter and drizzle with a just a few tablespoons of water to soften the bread slightly.

   In the meantime, cut the tomatoes and celery into cubes.

   Place the cubes in a bowl and add the oil, salt, black pepper, fresh basil, and garlic. Stir well to combine and let the mixture rest for approximately 30 minutes.

   Place the mixture in spoonfuls over the bread.
