Ingredients: 4 tablespoons tomato paste; 1 ½ cups tomato sauce; ¾ cup chicken broth; 12 pint cream; 1 shallot; 2 garlic cloves; 1 ½ cups mushrooms; olive oil; salt; pepper; cayenne pepper; pasta, of choice; basil (optional); shredded chicken (optional)

4 tablespoons tomato paste
1 ½ cups tomato sauce
¾ cup chicken broth
12 pint cream
1 shallot
2 garlic cloves
1 ½ cups mushrooms
olive oil
salt
pepper
cayenne pepper
pasta, of choice
basil (optional)
shredded chicken (optional)

Boil water for pasta.

Finely mince the shallot and garlic cloves and add to hot saucepan with olive oil and saute.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add mushrooms and saute.

Then pour in chicken broth and reduce.

Add pasta to boiling water and season with salt.

Boil until al dente.

After mushrooms are fully cooked, add in cream, tomato sauce and paste, and combine.

Simmer for about 5 minutes season with cayenne pepper, and add chicken and basil if your using it.

Drain pasta and mix into sauce, serve.
