Ingredients: 4 each flour tortilla, medium; 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin; 2 pinch oregano; 6 tbsp marinara; 30 small baby mozzarella pearls; 12 each Basil Leaves, fresh; 16 each cherry tomato, diced; 1/4 cup red onion, diced; 1 tsp sea salt, grinded; 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

4 each flour tortilla, medium
2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
2 pinch oregano
6 tbsp marinara
30 small baby mozzarella pearls
12 each Basil Leaves, fresh
16 each cherry tomato, diced
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1 tsp sea salt, grinded
1 tsp fresh lemon juice

This is for two pizza's.

Half each ingredient for equal pizza's.

Preheat oven to 300F.

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil

Lay two Tortilla's down and brush the top with the olive oil, and sprinkle with the oregano.

Place a tortilla on top of the seasoned tortillas.

Spread Marinara on top of those.

Place baby mozzarella pearls on top of the sauce.

Top with basil leaves.

Toss the diced tomato, onion, salt and lemon juice in a medium bowl.

Top the pizzas equally with that.

Bake in the oven for approx.

20 minute's or until crispy to your liking.
