Tomato and Sausage Pasta

   Put some pasta on to boil.

   Fry the onion in the oil, once softened add the diced up sausage and other vegetables, i used the ones listed above but im betting you could add almost anything!

   Add the tin of chopped tomatoes to the sausage mix and heat through, add a dash of chili sauce (optional), then add the cooked pasta, once its all combined and served add salt and pepper if required.

   I have also done with rice and it turned out pretty yummy too!
