Tomato and Pepper Soup

   place the tomatoes into a pan of boiling water for a minute then peel of the skin.

   chop tomatoes finely then place in a saucepan and simmer for 2 minutes.

   chop pepper into small cubes and liquidise then add to tomatoes and cook for further 2 minutes.

   add remainding ingredients and simmer for 5 mins.

   serve with nice crusty bread.
