1 yellow onion
1 jalapeno
5 cloves of garlic
1/2 tablespoon of Trader Joes South African spice
1 teaspoon corriander
2 teaspoons cumin
water
1 head of roasted garlic
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/8 cup lime juice
