Tofu Gratin Made With Cup-a-Soup

   Put the tofu in a bowl and and stir well with a whisk until smooth.

   There is no need to drain the tofu!

   Once the tofu is smooth, add the instant soup powder and mix.

   There is no need to dissolve the powder with hot water as the tofu contains moisture.

   Add bacon or other ingredients to your preference.

   Add the mixture into a heatresistant dish and scatter the cheese on top.

   Bake it in the oven so that the cheese is gently bubbling.

   Once the cheese looks a delicious color, you're done!
