Toaster Oven Bacon

   1. Put wire rack so it is as close as possible to the bottom burner

   2. Fully cover baking pan with tin foil

   3. Lay out bacon on the baking pan & put in oven

   4. Set toaster over to bake @ 380 degrees

   5. Flip bacon for 1st time when the oven reaches 380.

   6. Monitor bacon...flipping & moving slices approx every 3 mins until cooked to your liking.

   **After baking pan has cooled put 1 sheet of VIVA over bacon fat jar & add in the bacon grease. Use VIVA to season your cast iron pan :-)
