Flatten toast slices with a mug or roller and place gently into the mold so it doesn't break.

Preheat oven on 200 c then place the cups in the oven and lower the heat to 180 c and bake for about 15 - 20 minutes or till the egg is cooked and the cheese starts to bubble or brown.
