Tilapia With Lime Herb Butter

   lightly salt tilapia on both sides. sprinkle top side of fish evenly with old bay, set aside. In sm. bowl mix butter, salt, herbs the lime juice and pulp. using a rubber spatula works well for this. when thourly mixed take about 1 tsp of butter mixture and place on each filet. there will be about 1/2 of butter mixture left, you can save for a later use. spread butter out evenly on each filet. bake in a 400 degree oven for about 10 min. or until fish is opaque in the thickest part. Just before serving sprinkle each filet with lime zest if desired.
