Place Tilapia fillets in a large Ziploc storage bag and add fish sauce, sesame seed oil, Ms Dash seasoning and black pepper. Seal bag and make sure fish is covered well. Then place fish in refrigerator and let marinade for an hour or overnight if you can.

Prepare to fry fish - in a large Ziploc bag, add flour, instant mash potato flakes, Old Bay, garlic powder,cumin, black pepper, and salt if you desire. Place fish in bag, toss and shake until fish fillets are completely covered. Then remove fillets and shake off excess coating and place on a plate to give coating a chance to adhere to fish.

In a large frying pan, heat oil to 325 degrees place two fillets in pan at a time and fry until golden brown on each side and crispy. Then remove fillets and place on paper towel to drain. Continue process until you are finish. Serve with your favorite side dish. Enjoy !
