   In sufficient water to cover carcass boil carcass for 2 hrs.

   Pick meat from bones.

   Strain broth and return broth and meat to pan.

   Add in remaining ingredients.

   Simmer for 1 hour.

   For extra hearty soup, add in any leftover mashed potatoes, stuffing and gravy to soup.
