3/4 stick butter
3 med. onions, sliced
3 cans consomme
1 1/2 soup cans water
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Croutons
Parmesan cheese
Swiss cheese
Mozzarella cheese

In microwave, heat butter 1 minute on HIGH.

Add in sliced onions and cook for 10 min on HIGH, stirring after 5 min.

Add in consomme, water, Worcestershire sauce, garlic pwdr and cayenne pepper.

Cook 10 more min, stirring after 5 min.

Pour into individual soup bowls, top with croutons, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, slice of Swiss and slice of Mozzarella.

Place in microwave and cook on HIGH for 1 1/2 min or possibly till cheese is melted.
