8 oz. lasagna noodles
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. shredded American cheese
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (4 oz.) jar or can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. chopped pimento
1/3 c. skim milk
1 1/2 c. cream-style cottage cheese
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook lasagna noodles.

Cook onion and green pepper in butter until tender.

Stir in soup, pimento, mushrooms and milk.

Layer 1/2 of the noodles in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or glass dish; top with 1/2 of the cottage cheese, 1/2 of the soup mixture, 1/2 of chicken and 1/2 of American cheese.

Repeat the layers.
