   Preheat oven to 350

   spread 1 - 2 tablespoon of butter into bottom of casserole dish. In a medium skillet, add oil and brown sausage and onion until sausage and onions are cooked through.

   In a bowl, combine both packages of stuffing with chicken broth & butters. Mix in chilis, pineapple with it's juice, cranberries, and the sausage onion mixture*. Fold into casserole dish, bake for 30 - 40 minutes uncovered. Yummy!

   * You can add so many other yummy's to this as well,ex: dried blueberies, nuts, water chestnuts, diced green apple etc.
