1 c. white sugar
1 large egg
1 c. oil
1 c. oats
1 c. cornflakes
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. pecans
3 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Crush coconut, pecans, cornflakes and oats to very fine. Combine all ingredients; mix real good.

Dip with teaspoon and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Dip fork in water and flatten cookie.

Do not place close together as they will spread some. Bake at 320u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.

Do not overcook.
