First put the flour and the sugar in a bowl to make the base dough. Add a pinch of salt. Rub the butter into the mixture and start kneading until it resembles breadcrumbs.

When doubled in size, knead the dough again and split it into 2 halves. Roll both lumps into strips about 10x4 inches. Spread the Nutella down on the middle of each strip. Sprinkle the hazelnuts and the chopped chocolate on it. Roll up each rectangle, then twist both sausages around each other. Fatten it a little bit and let it rest again on a warm spot for another hour.

Preheat the oven on 325u00b0F and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. While it's cooling down, use the icing sugar and a bit of water to create a thin glaze on top.
