The Chewy Chocolate Cookie(Makes In About 5 Minutes)

   Cream butter (or oleo) and sugar in large mixing bowl or food processor.

   Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.

   Combine flour, cocoa, soda and salt; blend into creamed mixture.

   Stir in nuts (if desired).

   Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.

   (Do not overbake.

   Cookies will be soft, they puff up during baking and flatten upon cooling.)

   Cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute before removing to wire rack to completely cool.
