3 clove Garlic minced
1 small onion diced fine
1 can Diced tomtoe
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 Bottle of your favorite beer, or whatever's on hand
2 cup Rice
1 Salt
1 Pepper
1 tsp Turmeric
2 tsp capers along with a dash of the juice

heat pot with oil

saute onions, garlic season with salt and pepper

add beer (to pot, that is!)

stir uncovered untill boil

cover and lower heat to lowest setting
