Ingredients: 2 ½ cups oatmeal; 1 cup butter; 1 cup white sugar; 1 cup brown sugar; 2 eggs; 1 teaspoon vanilla; 2 cups flour; ½ teaspoon salt; 1 teaspoon baking powder; 1 teaspoon baking soda; 2 cups chocolate chips; 4 ounces Hershey Bars, grated; 1 ½ cups pecans, chopped

2 ½ cups oatmeal
1 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups chocolate chips
4 ounces Hershey Bars, grated
1 ½ cups pecans, chopped

Place oatmeal in a food processor and blend into a fine powder.

Cream butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla.

Add flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda to butter/sugar mixture.

Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
