Microwave the butter until melted and set aside to cool.

Combine the eggs, sugar and cocoa in a bowl.

Add the melted butter and stir.

Next, pour the sifted flour plus a pinch of salt, little by little while stirring.

Once you get an homogeneous mixture, add some minced walnuts and stir with a spoon.

Pour the mixture in a greased mould (mine was 25x20 so I got a thin brownie, but you can use a smaller mould to obtain thicker chunks).

Bake at 180u00b0 (preheated oven) for 25-30 minutes. Don't forget to cover the brownie with an aluminium or baking sheet and keep an eye on it, be careful not to overbake it. As soon as you can place a stick and it comes out clean (but it's still fudgy and moist), take the brownie out from the oven and cut into pieces to serve.
