Start by making the gravy, we will use half in the recipe and half for topping the casserole when served.

In a saucepan, over low heat, melt the butter then add in the shallots and cook until softened. Whisk in the flour until smooth and allow to cook for a couple minutes to cook out the raw flour taste.

Whisk in the broth and continue to whisk until well combined and lump free. Add in the gravy master and season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil then lower to a simmer. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until slightly thickened. Stir in some fresh chopped parsley. Set the gravy aside.

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Add the turkey, green beans and potatoes in a bowl . Add in half the gravy and stir until combined. Pour into a large baking dish.

Spread the stuffing over the top. Bake for about 30-40 minutes until bubbly and the stuffing is lightly golden. Serve the remaining gravy on the side to pour overtop.
