Make the soup by mixing together 500 ml of water and 1 tablespoon of chicken soup stock granules.

Cut the chives into 4 to 5 cm long pieces, and finely chop the garlic and ginger.

Heat some sesame oil in a frying pan and stir fry the garlic and ginger.

Add the ground meat and stir fry.

When it's cooked, add the garlic, mix quickly and add the fish sauce.

Drizzle the soy sauce around the surface of the pan and mix in.

Cook the somen noodles, drain and rinse and wash well under running water to remove any surface stickiness.
