2 Tablespoons Red Pepper Flakes
3 Tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
16 ounces, weight Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast (~4 Breasts), Marinated, Grilled Or Baked, Cut Into 1/2 Inch Cubes
3 cups Spinach Leaves, Shredded
1/2 cups Fresh Cilantro Leaves
3/4 cups Shredded Carrots
3/4 cups Part-Skim Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cups Reduced-Fat Peanut Butter
2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
10 ounces, fluid Lite Coconut Milk
1- 1/2 Tablespoon Lite Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
2 teaspoons Hot Chili Sauce (Thai)
2 teaspoons Brown Sugar
2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
3 Tablespoons Lime Juice
