Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13x9 baking dish.

In a large bowl, beat eggs.

Combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Add to egg mixture. Batter will be slightly lumpy.

Add cheese, butter, sausage, and veggies. Stir to combine.

Pour into baking dish. Bake, uncovered for 30-40 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Let stand 5-10 minutes before serving.
